Weโre a family with teens, which means dinner isnโt at 6 p.m. around hereโitโs usually somewhere between โafter practiceโ and โway too late at night.โ Some nights, weโre sitting down together at 10 p.m. (yes, really), but you know what? Thatโs okay. Family time doesnโt have to look like a Norman Rockwell paintingโit just has to happen.
And nope, Iโm not giving you a stack of recipes to go with this plan. Honestly, who has time to scroll through someoneโs 27-paragraph story about their grandmaโs cousinโs garden just to find out how long to roast a squash? This is just a quick-hit meal plan with seasonal stars. If something sounds good, search a recipe (bonus points if it doesnโt require 14 specialty ingredients). The point isnโt perfectionโitโs simply having a plan, even if dinner happens under the glow of the kitchen lights at 10 p.m.
